Mary Joice R. Carasco is a PRC-licensed Professional Food Technologist based in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines. She has 11 years of experience in quality assurance, food safety systems, FDA registration, documentation and logistics, across food manufacturing, trading and government.

Yes. She has handled LTO and CPR applications for a food trading company and completed the FDA Training on Food Product Registration and Other Authorizations and Core Processes (TFPR-ACP) in November 2024.

Yes. Her skills include US FDA Food Facility Registration and GACC registration for China, and she can help prepare the technical documents overseas buyers usually request.
Can she train our staff on food safety?
Yes. She has been a resource speaker for annual company and personnel trainings and can run practical sessions on cGMP, HACCP awareness, good housekeeping and pest awareness, in Filipino or English.
