For more than a decade, I have worked across Philippine food production—from the laboratory and plant floor to the warehouse and regulatory requirements—applying food science, quality systems, and food safety principles to help ensure every product is safe, consistent, and made to meet the highest standards.

I studied Food Technology at Cavite State University and have spent my whole career in quality assurance.
My path has taken me through blending plants, food manufacturing, trading and, most recently, government, where I led the Quality Management Section behind the DSWD’s family food packs. Along the way I have run laboratory tests, led internal audits, managed documents, handled FDA registrations and trained a good many teams.
What I enjoy most is making the technical feel simple, so that the people doing the work understand not just what to do, but why it matters.
