For more than a decade I have worked behind the scenes of Philippine food production, in the laboratory, on the plant floor, in the warehouse and at the regulator’s desk, helping make sure what reaches the table is safe, honest and well made.

I studied Food Technology at Cavite State University and have spent my whole career in quality assurance.
My path has taken me through blending plants, food manufacturing, trading and, most recently, government, where I led the Quality Management Section behind the DSWD’s family food packs. Along the way I have run laboratory tests, led internal audits, managed documents, handled FDA registrations and trained a good many teams.
What I enjoy most is making the technical feel simple, so that the people doing the work understand not just what to do, but why it matters.
